This company provides services to the construction industry. We worked with the Managing Director 5 years ago to re-design roles and accountabilities across the business, allowing him to spend more time directing the business. Since then, they have grown rapidly.
He approached us this time to support a reworking of his business plan. He is a good strategist with excellent knowledge of his market and customers but needed to navigate some hurdles and make big decisions in order to execute the plan.
