Background
Jacqui previously worked as a director across many business functions, including: Organisational Development, Service Delivery, Account Management and Strategy and Business Planning. She builds an experienced commercial and business context into her work.

She has extensive experience working with individuals and leadership teams, implementing individual, team and company-wide change initiatives to bring about enhanced individual and collective performance.

Focus Areas:
Jacqui has a particular expertise for helping leaders gain insight into the behaviours and underlying mind-sets which help and hinder their effectiveness. She sees this approach as a core foundation for sustained growth and development at individual, team and the organisation level.

She has wide industry experience and has worked with leaders of all levels, ranging from ambitious young graduates to University professors and C-suite executives: newly appointed directors, HR directors leading change and seasoned board directors needing to put in place strategies to grow their business.

Jacqui has worked in blue chip organisations, SMEs and in the not-for-profit public sector, providing bespoke solutions to the systems, skills and mind-sets necessary for success. She is able to quickly get in sync with the specific needs of her client and bring valuable relevance to their work together.

• Fellow of the CIPD and a member of The European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
• MSc with distinction in Executive Coaching
• Postgraduate qualifications in strategic HRM.
• Learning Director with the Association of Coaching Supervisors from 2014-2016.
• Accredited to administer the Human Synergistics Leadership Insight tools.
• MBTI Practitioner and a registered Growth Accelerator Coach.
• Certified to assess, select and develop using the suite of HOGAN assessment tools.
